Openings

Assistant Front End Manager

This is a year-round position with private housing available. Pay starts at $18-$21/HR. Our front-end staff is our customers’ first impression. Managers ensure we maintain a high level of customer service and a safe environment. In addition to running the registers as needed, they oversee cashiers, stockers, and make sure the store stays in tip-top shape. Being a self-motivated team player is a must.

Stocker/Load Crew

This is a seasonal position with shared housing available. Pay starts at $17/HR. Stockers must be self-motivated as they are all over the store all the time. They keep our shelves full, organized, and ensure fresh product for customers. Stocker schedules are mainly during store hours, with the exception of our Monday and Friday night loads. These shifts typically go until 1-2 a.m.

Meat Clerk

This is a seasonal position with shared housing available. Pay starts at $17/HR. Our meat department is the largest perishable department in the store and is much more than your average small-town grocery store department. We offer quality fresh-cuts of meat and seafood, smoked and roasted ready-to-eat hot and cold items, Market-Made sausages, marinated grill-ready cuts, and more.

Year-Round Staff Benefits:

    • 40 hours at one-year and begin accruing 2.15 hours/week (56 hours/year)
    • After three-years, accrual increases to 3.69 hours/week (96 hours/year)
  • Health insurance through Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Montana, eligible 1st of month following 60 days full-time employment, three options available:
    • Bronze: employer pays 80% of monthly premium plus $50/month contribution to HSA account, employee pays 20% of monthly premium
    • Silver Plan: employer pays 80% of monthly premium, employee pays 20% of monthly premium
    • Gold Plan: employer pays 80% of silver level monthly premium, employee pays balance of monthly premium
  • Guardian accident, vision, and $10,000 term-life insurance (100% employer-paid monthly premium)
