Market Life

Join Our Team!

We work hard to maintain a fun environment for staff who are willing to work hard and have a great attitude. We’ve even been known to create positions for outstanding applicants.

Benefits vary by position but may include 100% employer-paid health insurance premiums, store discount, paid holidays, and vacation. Housing is available for some positions.

Harnessing the Sun

With the help of USDA and Northwestern Energy grants, we installed 160 solar panels on our roof in 2015. This 50kWh system, the largest in our region, installed by OnSite Energy in Bozeman, generates over 67,000 kilowatt hours annually. That’s roughly equivalent to saving 45 acres of forest…every year! We’re eager to see more of these pop up in the neighborhood.

Giving Back

The Gardiner Market is proud to support our community. This year, we contributed over $13,000 to local nonprofits and programs that benefit our town. We realize that we owe everything to our staff, our customers, and our community at large.

If you would like to request help for a community event, please fill out a Donation Request Form and drop it off at the store.
